Based on what we experienced in Dec 2022, it will be many, many days before service is restored. Not acceptable for a COMMUNICATIONS company. I have rebooted my IPH8005 U-verse tv receiver by holding the power button down for 10 seconds and it did not fix the issue. I then unplugged the receiver from the power source to do a second reboot, and that did not work either.
