I have a kenworth 2016 t680 with a cab blower motor issue. The blower motor will cut off for a minute then start back up. And it will do this 4 to 5 times before it stays on. It will do this every time the truck starts up after a 3 hr no run. I changed the blower motor thinking it might be shorting. That didn't work.

I turned it on this evening and it worked for a minute, but the fan sounded strange like it was lagging so I turned it off. Now it will not turn on at all. Usually the fan kicks on, then the fuel metering pump. The light on the dial comes on, but the fan doesn't kick on.
