Skillful player is the best counter to all sentinels from all classes. Haha, but seriously, any champ with ARMOR BREAK, Ignore Armor or able to deal with ROBOTICS will be great. Champs that can ignore armor would be, say, Vision AoU. Champs that can deal with Robotics would be, say, Nebula. Champs that can armor break are plentiful.
