What I do to fix it is retract one of your operators, rehire an operator on that slot, do 1 exfil streak, then go back to the operator with a broken exfil streak, and it will be working again next time you exfil. 2.Exfil streaks are here. Go in with a 0 streak operator. I suggest dismiss an operator and set to a new one just to be sure. Do a mission and exfil successfully with that. Go to your broken operator, and change their skin to something else. Infil, do mission, exfil and it should be incremented by one. This definitely fixed this for me.
