Litter robot 4 weight sensor not working.
The pet weight smart scale on the app shows 0.00. It won’t register. I tried unplugging the unit. Opening and closing the draw and still registers 0.0. Anyone else have this or anyone have any ideas? Everything else including cat detection works fine. It’s on carpet. But I don’t get any reading at all.

I manually cycle it from the app and it works fine. I’ve been using this robot for a month now and it’s been fine until now. Both cats are well above 7 lbs.
