It's Jamboree time! On April 13, REMC members will gather at Henryville High School for our 2024 Jamboree, where we will celebrate Clark County REMC's 85th anniversary, elect two directors, enjoy entertainment and fun, and give away fantastic prizes. I'm most looking forward to meeting with you, our member-owners. From 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., HVAC unit must be located in a home served by Orange County REMC. Unit must be 3 or more years old. The tune-up must be performed by a licensed HVAC contractor and include detailed description of service performed on receipt/invoice. Application must be filled out and signed by member. On Oct. 2, Brent Minton, a 33-year-old employee of Orange County REMC, was fatally injured in an accident as he loaded a utility pole onto a truck at the electric cooperative's headquarters. The pole slipped out of the rigging, struck Minton and killed him instantly. Minton was a journeyman lineman and worked at Orange County REMC for 12 years.
