North Carolina. Nov 12, 2016. #1. Hi all, Once again, my L3901 is sitting out on the pasture and won't start. I know it is a safety switch somewhere not allowing the engine to even turn over. This has happened several times before. The first time it was when I was using a PHD and all of a sudden it wouldn't start after hours of flawless operation.
