If it's only leaking while it's RUNNING AT the tank, it's most likely your return line and/or hose clamp. Loosen the back bolts and remove the front to tilt the tank forward so you can inspect. To mitigate the fuel siphon effect, some of us have installed an aftermarket one way valve between the fuel filter and the metal return line.
