The diagnostic for the P00FD fault is basically designed to detect a discharging, discharged or disconnected Auxiliary Battery any time there is a disconnect between the two Batteries. It detects this if the Fused B+ voltage to the PCM drops low enough to cause a PCM reset when disconnected from the Main/Cranking Battery.
It is the eco diesel model. I have seen numerous You Tube videos showing how to change the Auxiliary battery. I don’t need to do that now. However I cannot find even a mention of it in the owners manual or the eco diesel supplement. Your little light by the switch should be not be on. Your voltage is reading is fine. That is reading your main battery.
