Update: Once you killed Radahn, go back to Redmane castle, go up the stairs into the structure at the top. Talk to the Festival organizer. Exhaust his dialogue and teleport back to the site of grace outside the plaza. This will return it to it's pre-Festival state, allowing you to kill catboy and metal pants for the Not-Dragonslayer axe
