Dell computer blinking orange.

My Dell Inspiron 5680 is flashing an orange light on the power button. The pattern is two quick flashes and then repeat. The fans are spinning but theres no display. I can't find anything on the internet. Specs are i7 8700k, 8 gb ram, 1060 3bg, 1 tb hdd, blue skull motherboard. The blink codes are in the Service Manual on page 96.

For now you can plug the power cord into a power strip w a switch. Instead of unplugging the cord use the switch to turn off/on power and see how long it works in this way.
