Its good but not broken, basically akin to using a slightly better Power Attack that demands more build resources. At best it turns on at level 6 (2: Furious Finish, 4: Celebrity, 6: Never Tire), it doesn't make the character any more accurate, and always consumes the reaction (so until 11, a three "action" maneuver).
