Looks like your stats are fine as is to me, I guess if you're doing a cold nagakiba I'd swap those 3 extra points from dex (min req for nagakiba is 22) and give them to int since dex scaling will be less anyway. Any talisman recommendations would be awesome too! Moonveil is insanely good, might be the best weapon in the entire game (or top 10).
