I have not seen issues with Amex MQM Boost spend tracker on Amex website. Most issues seem to be with Amex MQD Waiver spend tracker on Delta website which is updated irregularly. As long as you hit the Boost threshold on Amex website, the Boost MQMs will count towards 2023 totals even if not claimed or available to be claimed until 2024.
