Went from 1 cm dilated 0% effaced to 4 cm dilated and 70% effaced in 4 hours. Then everything came to a halt and I only dilated .5, 11 hours later.Lost parts of my mucus plug all day Tuesday, had diarrhea later in the day and went into labor around 12am Tues night, delivered on Wed at 10pm.
