I had membrane sweep Thursday, started 2.5 cm dilated. Lost my mucous plug and a bloody show last night. This morning went on a walk after my “natural prostaglandin dose” (i.e. sex) and now relaxing in the mile circuit on the couch. Contractions/Braxton Hicks were pretty heavy during exercise but nothing consistent.I am FTM and hoping to have a membrane sweep this Wednesday when I will be 40 weeks.
