Opinions vary, and builds in BL1 aren’t as sophisticated as in BL2/TPS/BL3, but I’ve always been fond of the Tediore Panacea shields with Quick Health Regen (or, less ideally, any of the other Tediore shields with shower health regen), since Lilith doesn’t have a class mod with health regen like most of the others have. I recommend either Silent Resolve or Hit and Run. SR works great with builds that focus on using Phasewalk a lot, such as builds with Hard to Get and Blackout. HaR works well with Inner Glow and Radiance, allowing you to healing more and cause more shock damage. Plus the melee bonus is nice for ending Phaswwalk. From there it’s matched with a steel anarchy and a combustion hellfire + a corrosive and electric smg to deal with the lesser minions that spawn.
