Jan 8, 2022 · Hi everyone, Today I noticed the engine oil pressure light flickering very fast on and off. Did not matter if I was driving 50 mph, idled, or parked. It seems random and only happens for a minute or two when it does start flickering. Checked the oil, had plenty of oil. It's also had a recent oil change. After a few minutes, reconnect the negative connector and tighten the nut with the wrench or socket wrench. Start your Kia Optima and check to see if the check engine light turns off.
