There's a portal to the Blasted Lands in Orgrimmar located /way 38.31 86.13. Southern part of the Valley of Spirits. Take the steps along the rock wall to the left, then find your way to the upper hut. To get there, I had to go through The Valley of Wisdom, past Thrall's HQ. Once there, the quest isn't that far from where it takes you.
