The HK45C is 1.42" wide at it widest point, the USP Compact 45 is 1.14" at it's widest point. Bottom line is that, in a holster, the HK45C is more than 1/4" wider than the USP Compact 45. . . HK is the way!The grip has a molded crinkle texture on the frontstrap and backstrap. Changing the size of the grip is a matter of removing a 1/8-inch roll pin from the backstrap and replacing it with a smaller one supplied with the pistol.
