Act 5 frenzy merc is so beastly you can throw self found gear on him and he'll do fine long as he has some leech life and a high defense armor. for a budget build I've been super stoked on Lawbringer + Crescent Moon for the weapon slots, tal's helm, and my holdover until a better armor comes along has been duress.

Of all the possible combinations i found that grief pb (33+ ias), lw pb, fort, and gface with 15 ias jewel are the best setup for him. Dual lw also a good choice with 100% cb on every hit on top of lv 34 might aura.Last Wish and Lawbringer would be the best combination IMO, because you would get better group utility from having 2 auras. Might and Sanctuary Aura are useful to both you and the merc. The only problem is that the runes for Last Wish can make it cost prohibitive.
