Black box to 0411 Swap. I have a 1996 GMC w / 4L60E looking to re-pin to 411 PCM. The 411 PCM is from a 2001 Chevrolet Astro Van with 4.3L and 4L60E. What steps will need to do when I start the re-programing process?I personally run a 0411 pcm in my 97 Silverado. I run the 0411 in a 96 GMC K1500 as well. The 0411 is an easy swap, takes about 2-3 hours to pull the wires form their old connectors and snap them into the new connectors/positions,....using a pin-out sheet. 0411 PCM swap on Vortec 454. I have performed a 0411 PCM swap into a 1999 Quigley 4x4 van. PCM was from a 2001 Express van, with 350 Vortec and 4L80E. Operating system 1283002. HP tuners is a great tool and I've got it running pretty well. I cannot seem to get it to shift out of 1st gear when in 4x4 Low Range.
