I ordered some items from GameStop.com. They never shipped the items. I contacted customer service. They said they would refund me. It's been a month and a half. I keep calling and emailing. They keep saying they will refund me but it's been 2 months since I've made the purchase originally, 1.5 months since they said they would refund me.
