Going through the campaign on three classes will unlock their patterns. The final weapon, pointed inquiry, requires you to farm out random drops after the first one rewarded by fynch. Tier three deepsight scans, weekly mission completions, heroic patrols, high value chests and probably a few other sources can drop pointed inquiry. Good luck.
