Since the G7, I actually place the sensor at the front of the arm and had no compression lows since, even if I sleep on that arm. I've been slowing rotating each new G7 sensor towards the back of my arm and I have to say that the direct back part of my upper arm seems be the best spot. I also don't have to worry about sleeping on it.
