I'd recommend you both have good Str/fitness because it will help with combat and carry weight. Burglar will help for a strong start for being able to have wheels right away. My first targets in early game are book store->VHS store. So it goes Car,Base,Books,VHS.if you are building solely as an axe man, going for pacifist might be worth it. you only need axe and maintenance for combat. and the boost is covered by handyman and brawler. I can only see the positives image. I wouldn't bother with brawler, +2 axe from lumberjack is plenty (the first +1 for any skill is by far the most valuable).
