Benelli clones.
It's most assuredly pulled off of Turkish clones or made by those companies to be imported. I had a Benelli clone for about 6 months of overlap after I bought my real Benelli and the quality was objectively inferior; the front sight was slightly canted and there were spots that were covered by the handguard (and the inside of the barrel retaining ring) that weren't given any finish.
So apparently the patent on the Benelli M4's ARGO gas system has expired resulting in Turkish Benelli M4 clones. There are various names / importers of these and reviews online are mixed. Anyone have any first hand experience with these ? Any idea if they all come from the same factory ? Shotgun will accept a standard Benelli M4 tube. A few minutes with a heat gun and you can unscrew the stock tube. All of the Benelli M4 "clones" I've seen, including my AKSA S4, follow the Benelli design and utilize screw-in chokes and are compatible with any choke that is also compatible with an authentic Benelli M4.
