For PvE I would recommend powered since it also amps your other heals over time and makes burst heals unnecessary. Nirnhoned is really not worth it unless your spell damage is unrealistically low. I made that calculation in a thread once and you had to have <1.8K spell damage (buffed) for nirnhoned to overtake powered.Main article: Traits Nirnhoned equipment is equipment mined from Nirncrux.
