I had same problem while collecting those herbs. Earlier in 4th Chapter I was collecting those orchids and you can collect only 4 before Algernon give you 3rd or 4th list with herbs. When he orders from you ghost orchid they spawn again in those places where you haven't collect them before. So if you started exotics then maybe it is the problem.Also, nothing is as painful as the Gambler challenges. At least with the Exotics quests you are out moving about and get to see the world. The EQ’s weren’t that bad.
