I'm pretty new to the game and inevitably got bit, but decided to act defiant against any zombie knowledge I had and just put a bandage on it. I took a few sleeping pills and slept expecting my character to be a zombie by morning but instead he was in good health.
Feeling dizzy, a wound that stays infected and never heals. If you get bitten dont even waste your time to check, I guarantee you’re infected. I've disabled blood infection, saliva only, thought I got bit but I just got a laceration and scratches, but symptoms of the Knox infection started kicking in and eventually I turned. To treat deep wounds, first remove any debris in the wound, such as glass or bullet shrapnel. This can be done by hand, or with a Tweezer or Suture Needle Holder, which reduces the amount of pain felt during the process. You can then stitch the wound using either Suture Needle or a Needle and Thread. Lots of misinformation here.
