It is a thumping noise and it is supposedly caused by the fanbelt. On the 2020 there are two belts now and the fan is by itself. My RWD cars also get their oil and rear axle fluid change around the 1,000 mile point.

I really depends on what you call "available". Sure, you can now delete an L5P, BUT, you have to do the computer swaps (ECM / TCM). This delete option is costing many $6k - $7k.
