I had my first ultrasound at 6 weeks 5 days. Fetal heartbeat was at 87. I had my 2nd ultrasound today at 9 weeks. The technician said there was no heartbeat and it looks like the fetus stopped growing 2 weeks ago. I don't understand. I still feel pregnant. I have had no signs of miscarriage.
